Craig Beedie and Holly Miller took over the Hotel in November 2006 and have enticed new and existing customers back with a winning combination of good food, good wine and good cheer.
The couple have just completed stage two of their hotel refurbishment, a full upgrade of the hotel Kitchen. This follows on from the refurbishment of the guest bedrooms and hotel lounge that were upgraded in January 2007.
