The conservatory restaurant, with French doors leading out to the garden, is an ideal venue for private parties, functions & small weddings.  The room can accommodate up to 48 seated guests for lunch/dinner functions and a maximum of 75 for dance receptions (32 seated).  For all private bookings of 12 or more, individual menus can be designed to suit your requirements & budget.

Scottish weddings are just that little bit different and here at Potarch we offer a relaxed and flexible approach to your wedding day, combined with personal attention and professional service. We promise to treat you as individuals and are happy to arrange your wedding to suit your needs and preferences.

Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Ceremonies may be held at Potarch, offering an attractive indoor or outdoor venue. The Hotel Lounge can accommodate a maximum of 12 persons for a more intimate ceremony or the Conservatory Restaurant is available for larger parties, maximum 48 persons. Alternatively, you may wish to consider a ceremony in our walled garden, on the banks of the River Dee, or opposite the Hotel on the green (weather permitting, any of these would make perfect locations for ceremonies or champagne receptions).
